Особливості перебігу COVID-19 у дітей півдня України (досвід зимового сезону 2021 – 2022 рр)

Abstract

Інфекція, спричинена вірусом SARS – CoV-2, може мати різні клінічні прояви, вражати як респіраторну систему, так і інші системи органів, а перебіг може варіювати від безсимптомного або легкого до важкого, що потребує госпіталізації. Різноманітний пейзаж клінічних проявів хвороби, особливості перебігу захворювання у різні вікові періоди змушують лікарів бути уважними до будь яких симптомів у пацієнтів, як до таких, що пов’язані з респіраторною системою, так і до нетипових скарг. Важливою є будь яка нова інформація про особливості перебігу коронавірусної інфекції, вікові відмінності, «маски» захворювання, типові та атипові клінічні прояви.

The infection caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus can have different clinical manifestations, affect both the respiratory system and other organ systems, and the course can vary from asymptomatic or mild to severe, requiring hospitalization. The diversity of clinical manifestations of the disease, the peculiarities of the course of the disease in different age periods force doctors to be attentive to any symptoms in patients, both those related to the respiratory system and atypical complaints. Any new information about the peculiarities of the course of the coronavirus infection, age differences, "masks" of the disease, typical and atypical clinical manifestations is important.
