Морфологічні зміни в яєчку після пластики передньої і задньої стінки пахвинного каналу при косій пахвинній грижі

Abstract

Groin hernia under the pressure of hernial bag's contents upon the spermatic cord elements and disturbed b!ood circulation in the testicles lead to the decrease of organ's size, spermatic tubule diameters, intersticial endocrynocytes nuclei volumes, the number of spermatocytes and spermatides. Groin canal walls plastics is an additional trauma to the spermatic cord elements. More noticeable changes in the testicle develop after inguinal canal's posterior wall plastics. Compared to the anterior wall plastics structural changes in the testicle after this operation increasedat an average bу 4,2%.
