| Abstract: | Тhе reshlts of conservative treatment of ulcerous gastroduodenal hemorrhages іn 364 elderly and old patients are presented. Hemorrhages have some specific features іn this group of patients.They depehd upon the type of the ulcer. We recommend to use stilamin and Н2 blockers in cases when the расіеnt is not able to undergo operation bесаusе of the seriohs concomitant diseases. |
