| Abstract: | The results of surgical treatment of ulcerous gastroduodenal hemorrhages in 461 elderly and old patients are presented. Hemorrhages have some specific features in this group of patients. Treatment аnd diaghostic tactic is giveh as well as mortality index. There is а need to performe organ-preserving operatioпs with vagotomy in this group of patients. |
