| Abstract: | Тhе state of central hemodunarnics in locomotive drivers with arterial hypertension after one intake of captopril in the dose of 25 mg and its systematic intake was studied. One intake was found to increase cardiac index in persons with hypo -and eukimetic hemo-dynarnics types and not to influence the cardiac index in persona with hyperkinetic type. Correlational dependence between the change of АРmin and АРave after one intake of captopril and their change during systematic intake was established. Тhе АР and Cl dynarnics dependence on reninoplasma activity was proved. |
