| Abstract: | In experiment оn white adult rats pesticide 2,4-D and cadmium іn summary is 1/10 LD50 every substance injected bу intragastric method. The terms of investigation was 3,7,14 days and 1,2 week, 1 month ago injected. Disthrophic and destruction changes of small intestine mucous membrane have been established. That was determined such as injury of the mitochonrial membranes structure, endoplasmic reticulum, increasing and complication intercellutar contacts, depletings and shortways microvillus. |
