| Abstract: | Cholinergic heart reactions in females were more intensive then in males. Trasicor decreases intensity of the cholinergic heart reactions in animals both sex, and more intensive changes were in females. Castration reduces cholinergic heart answer especially in females; it proves the control function of the sex hormones about sensitivity myocardial cholinoreceptors. Trasicor strengthens sensitivity myocardial cholinoreceptors in the castrated females and males, especially in females. |
