Епідеміологічні особливості ентеровірусних менінгітів у західному регіоні України

Abstract

The comparative analysis of а situation on desease bу virus meningitises, neurologic infections in he Western region and the Zakar­patye area for 1998-2002 years, parameters of mapping of investigated territories is submitted. The analysis of densities of various types of circulating viruses among patients, healthy contingents and in an envirounent in Western region and the Zakarpatye area is given. The epidemiological characteristic of current enterovirus meningitises in the Zakarpatye area for 1998-2003 years is submit­ted. The epidemiological estimation of desease within flooding - І 998 and 200І is given. During the period of supervision in the Zakarpatye area epidemiological trouble on desease bу nervous infections, including serous meningitises, and also enteroviruses impurities objects of an environment was marked. The level of desease nervous infections in area has made 57,2 оn І00 thousand population ( оп the Western region - 21,6), densities positive viruses from patients - І0,4 % ( on the Western region - 3,5 %), and impurity of sewage and waters of open reservoirs - 23,3 % ( оп the Western region - 8,6 %).
