Порівняльна оцінка операції депорталізації та пересадки культур клітин підшлункової залози при цукровому діабеті (експериментальне дослідження)

Abstract

Work is based оп studying biochemical, hormonal and morphological researches an organism of animals with а diabetes after opera­tion deportalisation, transplantations of pancreas cells and simultaneous operation deportalisation with transplantation of pancreas cells. The used methods of inspection and treatment dogs and rats answer position about ethics at performance of experiments ani­mals. On basis of the received results its proved, that transplantation of pancreas cells, operation deportalisation and simultaneous operation deportalisation with transplantation of pancreas cells is allow to compensate а diabetes in the certain degree and to stabilize his current. Long stabilization а hormonal background after transplantation of pancreas cells together with normalization glychemic status allows to slow down development of late diabetic complications. Simultaneous operation on efficiency and term of functioning concedes transplantations of pancreas culture and is а little bit higher оn efficiency of operation deportalisation. The expediency of performance solid transplantation of pancreas cells is proved.
