| Abstract: | Original method of dislocated traumatic cataract extraction with posterior chamber IOL irnplantation is worked out. This method ensures success intraocular lens implantation in cases of breach or absence of posterior capsule of lens. In 54 cases original method was made. After operation visual асhіtу was improved in all cases, including visual acuity 0,3 - 1,0 in 59,26 % cases in early postoperative period and 80,76% - in the late period. Binocular vision and professional activity were restored. |
