Алгоритм ведення вагітності та медикаментозна терапія у жінок з герпетичною інфекцією

Abstract

The risk of obstetrical and perinatal complications in pregnant women with various forms of the course of herpes genitalis has been estimated. Тhе primary herpetic infection has been found in 5 (7,7 per cent) and the reactivation of chronic infection - in 27 (41,5 per cent) of women, among which 7 women have typical, 12 women - asymptomatic and 8 women - recurring forms of infection. With the purpose of decreasing infection activity in pregnant women, preventing of fetus and new-born contamination, the algorithm of pregnancy managing of patient and the system of treatment and prophylactic measures have been suggested. The combined therapy included Acyclovirum, Reaferonum and antiherpetic immunoglobulin in various regimens. The clinical, laboratory and prophylactic effect of the therapy tave been noted in 75 per cent of pregnant women.
