Оцінка серологічних та вірусологічних тестів у діагностиці генітального герпесу у вагітних

Abstract

86 pregnant women with herpetic infection were examined bу means of serologic and virusologic methods. The obtained results prove the insufficient infonnativity of traditional serologic tests used for the diagnosis of various forms of herpes genitalis. The direct correlation between the height of diagnostic levels of specific IgG and the activity of infectious process has not been found out. The presence of specific IgM doesn't always, prove the replicational phase of infection, that is confirmed bу positive results of PLR. The test of avidinity of anti-IgG for timely-diagnosis of the primary herpetic infection has been suggested, that will sufficieпtly decrease the risk of infecting of fetus.
