Abstract

: Generally known, that the right diagnosed disease largely positively influences on efficiency of treatment. During diagnosis "the pulpit of temporal tooth" must be taken into account the development of the affected tooth, the dental health and the general-somatic level of macroorganism of child that is the criterion of level of immunological reactivity and forms of the cellular and humoral response of the body to the presence of inflammation. In turn, the effectiveness of treatment depends on the adequate choice of treatment and professional competence of a doctor. The diagnosis of acute pulpitis of the temporary tooth is complicated by the inability of the children of preschool age to adequately assess their condition, which leads to errors in assessing the nature of pain, duration and localization of pain.
