Abstract

The lowering of childreп s generarnealth from chemically polluted towns (lvano-Frankivsk, Kolomya) and the area of intensified radio-ecologic control (The Snyatyn district) in comparison with соndіtіопаІІу ecologic pure area with the help of cytogenetic analy­sis of somatic cells: oral mucosa epitheliocytes (ОМ) and cultivated lymphocytes of peripherial blood has been proved. Four indexes of functional genome state (FGS) of 128 children at the age of 12-14 in connection with the Karyotype has been investigated. The changes of chromatin condition of epitheliocytes in children from ecologically dangerous areas has been found out. The lower­ing of immunogenetic status of these children has been proved as higher quantity of acrocentric chromosomes association and chro­mosomal aberration pointed at it. Chemical mutagenesis markers (chromatids aberrations) exceeded in metaphase platelets in children from Ivaпo-Frankivsk and Kolomya. Combined study of cytologic indexes (FGS) and frequency of (СА) and (AChA) reflect the real picture of hereditary apparatus damage and allow to determine the group of higher genetic risk children.
