Abstract

Today is a new interpretation of many biological terms, and especially the notion of species in biology. The species is the main structural unit of wildlife. It occurs, rumbling, and when changing the conditions of existence may disappear or turn into other species. The only definition of the concept does not exist today. The achievements of contemporary molecular genetic studies indicate most microorganisms exist not in a fluent condition, and in the formed associations. Microbial interactions occur by transferring molecular and genetic information, and in this exchange, many mechanisms such as secondary metabolites, siderophores, a quorum-sensing system, biofilm formation, and cell transduction alarms may be involved. Therefore, for a deeper understanding of the concept of "species" in biology, it is necessary to take into account not only morphological and physiological criteria, as well as consider the view from the point of view of systemic biology and take into account the factors of the mountain-zontal transfer of genes. And therefore, the concept of "species" can be considered more widely, within the framework of the ecosystem with all assimilation ties.
