Abstract

In this work the immunological status of 137 engine-drivers with essential hypertension in the age of ЗО - 49 years has been studied 52 persons had essential hypertension of the 1st stage, 85 - of the 2nd stage, 27 were controls. In engine-drivers with essential hypertension of the 1st stage the absolute and percentage number of T-lymphocytes, their T-helper subpopulation, were reduced. Тhе number of T-supressors increased in persons with disease duration from 6 to 10 years. Тhе quantity of B-lymphocytes was reduced, Тhе disimmunoglobulinemia with increased concentration of IgA and IgG was detected, the level of circulating immune complexes І and circulating immune complexes II were increased. Тhе level of Т-, B-lymphocytes was lower at essential hypertension of the 2nd stage than at essential hypertension of the 1st stage. Тhе concentration of IgA and IgG was considerably higher than control data, the level of circulating immune complexes І and circulating immune complexes II was high. In dynamics of renitec therapy the functional state of humoral immunity was increasing while the deficiency of the cellular one remained unchanged. Тhе detected disorders require the elaboration of the therapy schemes directed at immune homeostasis rehabilitation in engine-drivers with essential hypertension.
