| Abstract: | Close connection of the external respiration apparatuses and blood circulation ones determines the parallel between the degree of their disfunction. The peculiarity of the ishemic heart diseases course and postinfarction heart formation depends on the degree of hypoxia and respiratory insufficiency development. It necessitates to elaborate informative diagnostic and prognostic criteria and new variants of such patients treatment as well. Complex therapy with enalapril and tiotreazolin helps to solye this problem. |
