| Abstract: | The state of endocardiac haeodynamics and rheological peculiarities of blood in 217 patients ІНD with prolonged administration of propranolol was studied. It is established, that prolonged administration of b-blockers in outpatient clinic conditions improve the clinical duration of disease, prevents complications, positively influences the haemorheological disturbances. B-blockers improve perfuzion and contractability of ichemic areas of myocardium which lead to the increase of determinants. They characterise the contractive function of the ventricle. |
