Клініко-морфологічна характеристика злоякісних пухлин сечостатевої системи

Abstract

On the basis of study of 344 operation macropreparations of urinary bladder cancer, prostata cancer and kidneys cancer as well as of the histological sections made of them, were elaborated the methods of clinicomorphological examination of operation material. The discussed methods help to specify peculiarities of the tumour development, to evaluate whether the operatin is radical, to outline the further plan of the treatment or its possible correction after the operation. The methods promote the follow-up improvement of the patients with carcinoma of the urinary bladder, with cancer of the prostata and with cancer ofthe kidneys. We had come to the conclusion that urothelial transitional cell carcinoma was observed in more cases of histological forms of the urinary bladder tumours. Adenocarcinoma is the most frequent histological forms of the kidneys and the prostata malignant tumours.
