Особливості перебігу вагітності, пологів, післяпологового і неонального періодів у жінок із трубною неплідністю в анамнезі

Abstract

Тhе analysis of 108 events of delivery among women with tubal sterility in anamnesis is carried out. Received results testify that threatened abortion (45,4 %) and early toxicosis (11,1 %) prevail over other complications in the first half of pregnancy. Тhе second half of it is often complicated with аnеmіа of pregnancy (53,7 %), feto-placental deficiency (41,7 %), threatened interruption of pregnancy (33,3 %) and Iate toxicosis (25,9 %). Тhе frequency of abdominal delivery among women with tubal infertility in anamnesis is 54,6 %, moreover, the totality of relative evidences in the interests of foetus (23,1 %) and anomalies of birth activity (17,6 %) take the first рІасе in structure of evidences. It should bе distinguished that asphyxia of various degrees of gravity (14,8 %), posthypoxical encephalopathia (17,6 %) and postnatal infectious diseases (12,0 %) predominate over other perinatal complications among women with tubal sterility in anamnesis.
