Динаміка міотонометричних показників у хворих із застарілими ушкодженнями плечового сплетення

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to report the evaluation ofmyotonometric changes in patients with old brachial plexus lesions. In 15 patients with old brachial plexus injuries, the dynamics of myotonometric changes in different muscle group was studied. Myotonometric studies were based on the analysis of damping muscle fluctuations, caused bу the calibrate nock. In the process of studies it was stated that myotonometric factors of fшger extensors in patients with old brachial plexus injuries have significant variability and depends ftom terms, passed after the traurna, and dynarnics of reennervation process. Monitoring of myotonometric changes in patients with old brachial plexus injuries allow to objectify the process of muscle functional recovery. Тhis enable to forecast the result of surgical treatment and start orthopedic correction at early terms.
