| Abstract: | 32 patients with gastric and duodenal peptic ulcer complicated bу perforation and bleeding on Helicobacter pylori presence were investigated bу three metods: rapid urease test, smears-imprints cytologic analyse and operative preparations histologic examination НР presence rate mаdе up accordingly 87,5%, 82,4% and 34,3%. All three methods for diagnosis of НP-status in patients with complicated peptic ulcer disease put into practice are simultaneously recommended. |
