| Abstract: | The results of surgical treatment of benign mediogastric peptic ulcers in 135 patients are presented. Billroth-1 gastric resection was the operation of choice. The postoperative lethality made up 4,4%, and all these cases were noticed after emergency surgical interventions. Perfect and good long-term results were observed in 77,5% cases among 40 patients. |
