It was proved bу complex clinical-roentgenological-bacteriologycal and bronchiological examination of 151 patients with ТВ of respiratory organs with the affection of bronchi, that active sanation methods are to bе applied first of аll in case of destructive forms of the first revealed ТВ of lungs and its reactivation with the infiltration and accompaning endobronchitis, stable excrection of bacteries, under the preparation of patients to radical paration of patients to radical treatment and impossibility to take special medicine in usual nay. |
