Динаміка поширення захворюваності серед населення районів, що постраждали внаслідок катастрофічної повені

Abstract

В роботі представлено ретроспективний статистичний аналіз показників захворюваності населення районів Закарпатської області, яке постраждало від катастрофічних повеней за період 2001-2005 років. Зміни показників прямо пропорційно або опосередковано залежать від дії на організм гострого або хронічного стресу.

The retrospective statistic analysis of the disease іnсіndеnсе indices of Transcarpathia's population that suffered flood during the period from 2001 to 2005 according the class of diseases, the occurence of which is connected directly (proportionaly) оr indirectly with the influence of acute оr chronic stress upon the human organism is presented in this article. The obtained results аrе indicative of availability of regularities in the change of disease incindence indices among the population during the above-menioned period. Strong tendency as to the increase of disease indices according to the classes of diseases during the second and fourth years after the natural disaster, regular increase of the initial disease indices during the second year after the flood have been difined, the latter denoting the tendency of gradual lowering during the following years Differentiated influence of the investigated phenomenon іn the dynamics of time upon acute and chronic pathology within the structure of the analysed classes of diseases with contamplation of medical practice calls for preventive as well as treatment-and-diagnostic measures based оn family medicine in regions affected with flood and similar natural disasters.
