| Abstract: | The results of surgical treatrnent 85 patients with acute adhesion ileus are analysed. The postoperative lethality has made 5,9 %. Is marked, that now acute adhesion ileus is an often and serious pathology of bodies abdomen of а cavity demanding urgent diagnostics, manufacture of а urgent operative measure and adequate conducting the postoperative period. The complex of medical measures directed оn downstroke of postoperative complications and а Jethality is submitted. |
