| Abstract: | The analysis of the worked out complex treatment of 215 patients with acute intestinal obstruction was performed. Intensive care before surgery, especially adequate infusion therapy, intraoperative measures (transjejunal intubation of small intestine, of full value iпigation of abdorninal cavity, adequate antibiotic prophylaxis, fresh frozen plasma transfusion and autoblood UV irradiation) were found out effective in decreasing of morbidity and lethality: 2.3% and 3.3% correspondently. Conservative management only was effective in 20.9% patients |
