Оптимізація вибору тактики лікування гострої непрохідності тонкової кишки злукового походження

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of surgical strategy's choise of adhesive srnall bowel obstruction (SBO). The routine methods of diagnosis are not allways inforrnativ It has established that the condition of gut barrier function for intestinal obstruction diagпosis we саn see bу investigations of methylene blue in blood plasma and peritoneal liquid under sonografic control. The application of this method in patients with adhesive SBO allows to make а decision in managment in Зh and to reduce the postoperative complications rate on 4,9 and postoperative mortality rate оn 2,4 per cents respectively.
