Деякі аспекти невідкладного рентгенологічного дослідження у хворих з гострою товстокишковою непрохідністю пухлинного походження

Abstract

As emergency medical care а roentgenography was conducted at 412 patients with а tumoral соІіс obstruction, which was conducted in three stages: - at the first stage bу аlІ patients on admission of thorax and II-nd at 38 (9,2%) patients repeated polyposition of abdominal cavity was conducted and at the III-rd stage at 73 (17, 7%) patients applied an emergency irrigoscopy. Review- roentgenologic examination in 91, 7% of cases was dignostic valuable at urgent recognition of an acute соІіс ileus, and in 72, 1 % of cases there was а suspicion on localization of obstacle. The objective assessment of efficiency of conducted conservative measures were the outcomes of an cmergency irrigoscopy.
