| Abstract: | Наведено результати газохроматоrрафічноrо аналізу жирнокислотного складу ліпідів ліпопротеїнів низької (ЛПНЩ) і високої щільності (ЛПВЩ) сироватки крові у хворих на псоріаз. Встановлено, що псоріаз призводить до односпрямованих змін рівня ессенціальних жирних кислот (лінолевої й арахідонової) як у ліпідів ЛПНЩ, так і ліпідів ЛПВЩ, що проявляється дефіцитом поліненасичених жирних кислот. The results of the gas-chromatographic analysis of fatty-acid composition of lipoproteins with low and high density in blood serum in patients with psoriasis are represented. The characteristic metabolic changes of essential fatty acids were revealed in the lipoproteins in blood serum in patients with psoriasis: the reduction of polyunsaturated fatty acids level in high density lipoproteins (НDLP) and low density lipoproteins (LDLP), against а background of intensified lipid peroxidation. |
