| Abstract: | The authors present а profound analysis of 240 cases of occlusive ileus in cancer of the large intestines. In123 cases the patients underwent radical operations.The article contains results of the rnodifications developed at the authors clinical hospital for restoration of the continuity of the large intestines, as well as results of cornplete cytoreducing operations with subsequent administration of immune chernotherapy. |
