| Abstract: | The results of surgical treatment in the 1977-2000 period of patients with incarcerated diaphragmatic hernia (DН) of various localization hiatal hemia (НН), traumatic heniia of diaphragmatic cupola, parasternal larrey hernia wera analyzed. The timely diagnosis of incarcerated DH is the complex one and surgical tactics needs further elaboration. We have had summarized the experience of treatment of such patients and are inprocess of following them up. The issues concerning incarcerated DH diagnosis and surgical tactics are enlighted. |
