| Abstract: | The results of surgical treatment of 82 patients with obturative i]eus of cancer etiology are represented. The 55 (67%)radical operations and 27 (33%) pa!Jiative operations were performed in 82 patients. The primary interintestinal anastomosis was done in 21 operated in the emergency order patients with sufficient intraoperational decompression of an intestine. Due to research we see that death-rate after radical operations three times is less then after palliative operations |
