| Abstract: | Clinical examination and treatment were perfomed in 150 patiens with adhesive bowel obstruction. 55 patients were operated. Acute bowel obstruction was resolved in 95 patients thanks to non-operative measures. In postoperative course the syndrome of bowel insuffitienty was cured, which allowed to achive better results. Lethal outcomes were absent. |
