| Abstract: | Results of surgical treatment of 257 patients with acute postoperative pancreatitis ,vere discussed. Comparison of two periods _of work with different treatment tactics was done. The best operative technique for acute postoperative pancreatitis is ореп staged necrosectomy. Best results achieved if relaparotomy for acute postoperative pancreatitis done after 8-10 days of postoperative period. |
