| Abstract: | The results of surgical treatment of 734 patients with acute cholecystitis operated in 1998-2000 were analyzed. 11 patients undergo laparoscopic cholecystcctomy (conversion rate 18,2%), 27 - open cholecystectomy and 696 - minimally invasive open cholecystectomy from developed in clinic minimal subcostal incision. Mortality rate was 0,6%, operation length 48, 1±4, 7 min, complications were in 22 patients (3,0%). Minimally invasive open cholecystectomy is safe and economically justified technique in operative treatment of acute cholecystitis |
