| Abstract: | At investigation of 42 cholelitiasis patients at 34 (81,0%) are revealed attributes of cholestasis. The cholestasis was accompanied bу activation of tumor necrosis factor alpha (ТNFa) system and development of the endotoxemia, which conducted the liver injury. The infringement of the lipid metabolism was accompanied bу fatty regeneration of the hepatocytes. |
