| Abstract: | Shown the result of treatment of 127 patients with purulo-necrotic complications of severe acute pancreatitis. In complex treatment used drain of bursa omentalis and spatium retroperitonealis, miniinvasive operations. Was made the conclusion about efficiency of endoscopic method of diagnostic and treatment purulo-necrotic complications of severe acute pancreatitis, using laparoscopic dynamic pancreatoscopy and pancreatonecrectomy. |
