| Abstract: | The work deals with the study of acute cholangitis as one of the most dangerous complications of choledocholithiasis. The use of fibrocholedochoscopy with high degree of certainly enables us to investigate both proximal and distal portions of bіІе ducts. The authors removed concrements of bile ducts, took biopsies, introduced intraductal stents Ьу means of fibrocholedochoscopy. The use of fibrocholedochoscopy made it possible to аррІу laparoscopic cholecystectomy to treat complicated cholecysto- and choledocholithiasis. |
