| Abstract: | Results of treatment of 358 old and elderly patients with acute cholecistitis were analyzed. After adequate premedication 320 patients were operated on early after admission ( on day 1-3). The operation of choice was cholecistectomy, in ЗО patients being combined with various interventions on the choledochus. The choice of optimal роІісу of treatment reduces the risk of operation, decreases postoperation mortality rate and complications |
