Внутріматкові втручання при пологах

Abstract

В роботі представлені результати клініко-статистичного аналізу внутріматкових втручань при пологах у 385 жінок. Визначено, що частота внутріматкових втручань становить 12,8 % На сьогоднішній день основним методом втручання є інструментальна ревізія порожнини матки. Доведено, що перенесені аборти, прееклампсія та екстрагенітальна патологія мають найбільший вплив на частоту патологічних родів.

The frequency of intrauterine interventions constitutes 12,8%f all the labors. All the surgical interventions on the uterine are divided into three groups: uterine cavitys instrumental revision (209 cases which is 54,3% from 385 cases), uterine cavitys manual revision (136 cases which is 35,3 % from 385 cases), manuаІ separation and removal of placenta (40 cases which is 10,4% from 385 cases). Most of all it may bе caused bу abortions in anamnesis, extragenital pathology and preeclampsia. Nowadays the prevailing method of the interventions is the uterine cavitys instrumental revision. The tight adherence of placenta is not typical for women under 18 years old. The organism reaction to the massive haemorrhage is in the significant increasing of the leucocyte level in the blood.
