| Abstract: | The analyses of two-phase endoscope surgical treatment of 31 patients with cholelithic decease, complicated bу choledo cholithiasis and mechanical icterus was presented. The peculiarities and effectiveness of endobiliar interventions before LchE, the method of ІосаІ cholangitis treatment, technical difficulties of LchE in acute cholecystitis, diagnostical algorithm and the choice of the method of patients treatment with complicated form of cholelithic decease were described bу the author. |
