| Abstract: | The aim of our investigation was to study immunologic mediators in acute suppurative necrotic pancreatitis. Factors in preoperative period and in dynamics after different types of surgical treatment have been studied. The role of interleucines, tumomecrotic factors, cytochines of folacynes in the development of thrombohaemorrhagic complications. The relationship between the level of mediators and prolongation of suppurative necrotic process has been found. |
