| Abstract: | То improve the technical condition of cholecystectomy bу application of minimal access and its racional use, and to abate the frequency of intra and postoperative, supportive manipulation channel (SМСН) and oblique-changing puncture of gall bladder is suggested. SMCH in cholecistectomy with minimal access was conducted in 17 patient. For better cosmetic effect suture was applied in 11 patient. |
