Ендоскопічне лікування гострого біліарного панкреатиту

Abstract

This study based on results of management of 74 patients with acute biliary pancreatitis. АІІ patients were divided on two groups: 38 patients of the first group were operated during the first week; the ERCP with papillosphincterotomy during first 72 hours was performed in 36 patients of the second group. After endoscopic papillosphincterotomy, in а five days, the normalization oftotal bilirubin level and amylase activity in blood was noted, what did not typical for the patients of the firstgroup. Three patients died after conventional surgery and 7 had different postoperative complications. The laparoscopic cholecystectomy was the second stage of the management in patients of the second group. Lethal cases did not observe and in 3 patients the postoperative complications were noted. Combination of ERCP with papillosphincterotomy and subsequent laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective in the management of patients with acute biliary pancreatitis.
