| Abstract: | Authors had considered the role of ultrasonography at choice of surgical tactics in patients with acute calculosus cholecystitis, the experience of fultifilment LCE (laparoscopic cholecystectomy) in 464 in patients with acute cholecystitis was performed. Based data been obtained bу authors such conclusions were made as: the ultrasonography is an effective and highinformative method of diagnostics of digestive tract and has one of the most decisive meaking in the choice of optimal surgical tactics at acute cholecystitis, the optimal period for the fultifilment LCE in patients with acute cholecystitis is the first 48 hours from the beginning of disease |
