| Abstract: | Results of treatment of 462 patients with perforated duodenal ulcer treated in 1990-2000 years were analised. The authorsused organ-preserving method of surgical treatment that meaned combination of ulcer excision and vagotomy. Only 4,4% of patients underwent simple closure of the perforated ulcer. Postoperative mortality was 2,3%. |
