| Abstract: | In 122 patients with gastroduodenal bleeding of ulcerous genesis the gemodynamic, metabolic and imunologic changes depending ор the ulcer localisation, bleeding intensivity and blood loss heavity have been studied. The criterions of bleeding relapse have been established. It has been worked out the complex surgical tactics that is directed for the maximum blood preservation and recovery therapy scheme. That propites for more rapid stabilisation of above-mentioned changes, posthemorrhage anemia with minimum blood use. |
