| Abstract: | From І 987 to 2000 in Lviv city centre for the patients with gastrointestinal bleeding treated 4071 patients with pepti-culcer bleeding, surgical intervention was performed in 1106 (27, 7%) causes. Early anti-ulcer treatment in patients with pepti-culcer bleeding reduced the risk of rebleeding and causes emergency surgery -- improved the results of treatment in this group of patients |
