| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Тhе aim of this study was investigation of differentiation in pathologic processes, curative tactics and results of treatment between gastric and duodenal bleeding ulcers. We analized the results of treatment of 4071 patients with bleeding peptic ulcers. In 880 of them gastric ulcer was diagnosed, in З 120- duodenal ulcer. Тhere were some differences between bleeding ulcers of these localizations. Gastric ulcer is more aggressive, because the severe anaemia, percent of bleeding recidive and need of surgery than duodenal. Duodenal ulcer more fi-equently penetrates in other organs and u]cer exteriorization or Bill roth-11 gastric resection were performed.
